As you well know the new special edition covers are in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the publication of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (way back on September 1, 1998). All the special editions will be released separately and probably as a set on August 27, 2013.
The intricate cover that follows the tone of Mary GrandPre's pastel color chapter arts very well depicts one of the most important moment in the book, where Harry saves someone from the dreaded Dementor's Kiss.
