Scholastic's Media Room for Harry Potter has once again revealed the 15th anniversary cover of the penultimate book in the series. The new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince cover created by Kazu Kibuishi has been the most unique cover in the lot by far.
See how Kibuishi interprets Dumbledore's looks. As far I am concerned, this is one of the sternest looks that Dumbledore has ever had, which was a little off character if you might ask me, because he was known to be gentle despite his commanding presence.
See in it's full glory the new cover of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince created by Kazu Kibuishi.
The cover features a scene when Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter stands at the entrance of a cave, where they are about to retrieve and destroy a suspected Horcrux. This eery looking cover might not be the most colorful among the lot, but this is the most catchy.
You could check the other new Harry Potter covers by Kazu Kibuishi in the following links.
