Zac Efron & Seth Rogen Battle It Out In The New 'Neighbors' Red Band Trailer

I have never been into fraternities during my college years, but I knew a few who did. That is mainly the reason why I don't get the gang wars, and much of the hazing that I had silently seen through those years, which I don't wanna see again if you ask me.

Neighbors is directed by Nicholas Stoller and stars Zac Efron as a leader of a fraternity. Efron will be joined by Seth Rogen who plays the head of a family with a newly born child. Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Lisa Kudrow, Craig Roberts, Ike Barinholtz and Jake Johnson adds to the cast of the movie.

Synopsis

Seth Rogen stars as a father who moves his family right next to a frat house run by an obnoxious student (played by Zac Efron) in this Universal Pictures comedy. The Muppets' Nicholas Stoller directs from a script by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O'Brien
