Neon Lights is the third single to be released in the singer's self-titled fourth studio album, Demi. It was the fourth track in the said album and was released as a single last November 19, 2013. Of course, this song is the name sake of her upcoming tour that will transpire from February 9, 2014 to March 30, 2014. The song was written by Demi Lovato, Mario Marchetti, Tiffany Vartanyan, Ryan Tedder, and Noel Zancanella and it was produced by Ryan Tedder and Noel Zancanella.
