When asked about Noah, a 2014 film directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Russell Crowe as Noah, I was weirded out to the maximum level. Not only did the writers exercise their artistic rights on retelling the story, to say in the least, it has also ruined other people's perception (especially those with no background on Christianity) of the story. It's was a lucky thing that Emma Watson was a part of it.
With that being said, I am not sure anymore if I should watch any new films touching on the biblical stories, but after hearing about Ridley Scott's Exodus: Gods and Kings, there could be still a reprieve for me. This time Christian Bale will play the biblical figure, Moses.
Here are some of the photos from Exodus: Gods and Kings, directed by Ridley Scott.
This story was once chronicled by Dreamworks' Prince of Egypt, so you will know that the story revolves around Moses' part in leading the Israelite slaves out of Egypt.
Ridley Scott's Exodus: Gods and Kings will be premiere in theaters on December 12, 2014.
