The official music video was directed by Mat Whitecross and was released to the public on November 27, 2015. The making of the video was a six-month process which commences when Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin, met on a happenstance Andy Serkis, who is known for his cinematic motion capture performances, in a plane where they discussed about ideas and concepts.
