The wait for the October release of the next and final book in the Throne of Glass series is agonizing, but that is nothing compared to the waiting time for the fourth A Court of Thorns and Roses novel. So if you wanted something to console and satiate your fix, be thankful that the novella A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas is almost upon us.
The official cover has been released and I was delighted of its unexpected outcome, because I was able to predict the covers (or they were used as basis, I really don't know) of the second and third books: color scheme, character positioning, and etc. And it is just refreshing to know that publishing artists can still surprise you from time to time. The only thing I do notice about the cover of the book is that it somehow resembles Elsa's look in Disney's Frozen.
Check out the covers of A Court of Frost and Starlight novella by Sarah J. Maas for both US and UK editions.
Synopsis
Narrated by Feyre and Rhysand, this bridges the events in A Court of Wings and Ruin and the upcoming novels in the series.
Feyre, Rhys, and their close-knit circle of friends are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly-changed world beyond. But Winter Solstice is finally near, and with it, a hard-earned reprieve. Yet even the festive atmosphere can't keep the shadows of the past from looming. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, she finds that those dearest to her have more wounds than she anticipated--scars that will have far-reaching impact on the future of their Court.
A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas will be released on May 1, 2018.

The Centenal Cycle: 'State Tectonics' By Malka Older Gets An Official Royal Cover
The official cover for Malka Older's conclusion to The Centenal Cycle goes purple. You read that right: State Tectonics, the sequel to Infomocracy and Null States takes up the Royal color in contrast to the blue and red of its predecessor.
This series is a favorite of mine becuase it touches on to the field of my profession: technology. Add up to effects of technology to a futuristic cultural and demographic level and you get a gripping and dramatic story on an epic scale.
Check out the cover of The Centenal Cycle: State Tectonics by Malka Older.
Synopsis
State Tectonics concludes the trilogy that began with Infomocracy:
The future of democracy must evolve or die.
The last time Information held an election, a global network outage, two counts of sabotage by major world governments, and a devastating earthquake almost shook micro-democracy apart. Five years later, it's time to vote again, and the system that has ensured global peace for 25 years is more vulnerable than ever.
Unknown enemies are attacking Information's network infrastructure. Spies, former superpowers, and revolutionaries sharpen their knives in the shadows. And Information's best agents question whether the data monopoly they've served all their lives is worth saving, or whether it's time to burn the world down and start anew.
State Tectonics by Malka Older will be released on September 11, 2018.
Your siblings eagerly awaits your arrival!

The Official Cover Of 'The Outsider' By Stephen King Unveiled, Reminisces Art Of 'A Monster Calls' By Patrick Ness
Is it just me or does the cover of Strephen King's The Outsider looks strangely familiar. Oh right, it's because it looks almost like the cover of A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness and it is not such a bad thing, either. I loved it! And oh, is this also reminding you of The Upside Down from Stranger Things?
If you've seen most of the covers's of King's previous book, then you would say this cover is different in almost all planes. The prior ones are always bold and vivid in colors, almost like a slap in the face. But this one is suggestively grainy and dreamy that it does not even give a Stephen King book vibe. And as I said, it is not a bad thing.
Check out the cover of The Outsider by Stephen King.
Synopsis
An unspeakable crime. A confounding investigation. At a time when the King brand has never been stronger, he has delivered one of his most unsettling and compulsively readable stories.
An eleven-year-old boy’s violated corpse is found in a town park. Eyewitnesses and fingerprints point unmistakably to one of Flint City’s most popular citizens. He is Terry Maitland, Little League coach, English teacher, husband, and father of two girls. Detective Ralph Anderson, whose son Maitland once coached, orders a quick and very public arrest. Maitland has an alibi, but Anderson and the district attorney soon add DNA evidence to go with the fingerprints and witnesses. Their case seems ironclad.
As the investigation expands and horrifying answers begin to emerge, King’s propulsive story kicks into high gear, generating strong tension and almost unbearable suspense. Terry Maitland seems like a nice guy, but is he wearing another face? When the answer comes, it will shock you as only Stephen King can.
The Outsider by Stephen King will be released on May 22, 2018.

#CoverReveal The Trials Of Apollo: 'The Burning Maze' By Rick Riordan
Artist John Rocco has done it again! The official cover of the third The Trials of Apollo novel by Rick Riordan (titled The Burning Maze) has just been released. It is one thing to read an exciting story by Rick Riordan, and it is another, if not entirely better, if the covers are just too good and uniformly satisfying.
The covers of Rick Riordan's serial novels have been very good to my OCD tendencies and this is no small feat. The uniformity of the layout and the typeset just makes me tear up with joy. Entertainment weekly has unveiled one such satisfying official cover and has released a sneak preview as well.
Check out the fantastic cover of The Trials of Apollo: The Burning Maze by Rick Riordan.
Synopsis
The formerly glorious god Apollo, cast down to earth in punishment by Zeus, is now an awkward mortal teenager named Lester Papadopoulos. In order to regain his place on Mount Olympus, Lester must restore five Oracles that have gone dark. But he has to achieve this impossible task without having any godly powers and while being duty-bound to a confounding young daughter of Demeter named Meg. Thanks a lot, Dad.
With the help of some demigod friends, Lester managed to survive his first two trials, one at Camp Half-Blood, and one in Indianapolis, where Meg received the Dark Prophecy. The words she uttered while seated on the Throne of Memory revealed that an evil triumvirate of Roman emperors plans to attack Camp Jupiter. While Leo flies ahead on Festus to warn the Roman camp, Lester and Meg must go through the Labyrinth to find the third emperor--and an Oracle who speaks in word puzzles--somewhere in the American Southwest. There is one glimmer of hope in the gloom-filled prophecy: The cloven guide alone the way does know. They will have a satyr companion, and Meg knows just who to call upon....
