Moon Fall Book 2: 'The Cradle Of Ice' By James Rollins Finally Gets Official Cover

James Rollins' foray into the post-apocalyptic fantasy genre is a hit among his already considerable established fan-base, and gaining him new ones to boot. Sigma Force is entertaining and are a good read as they can get, but I was in great need of something fresh and new from the author--which I am glad he delievered with The Starless Crown.

Rejoice! Because this is not a standalone novel, and we will be getting more. This sage will push and continue on with The Cradle of Ice. To excite you much further, here is the official cover of The Cradle of Ice by James Rollins as revealed by the author on his social media pages.

Synopsis

The second book in the New York Times bestselling Moon Fall series from thriller-master James Rollins, The Cradle of Ice is a page-turning tale of action, adventure, betrayal, ambition, and the struggle for survival in a harsh world that hangs by a thread.

To stop the coming apocalypse, a fellowship was formed.

A soldier, a thief, a lost prince, and a young girl bonded by fate and looming disaster.

Each step along this path has changed the party, forging deep alliances and greater enmities. All the while, hostile forces have hunted them, fearing what they might unleash. Armies wage war around them.

For each step has come with a cost―in blood, in loss, in heartbreak.

Now, they must split, traveling into a vast region of ice and to a sprawling capital of the world they’ve only known in stories. Time is running out and only the truth will save us all.

The Cradle of Ice by James Rollins will be released on February 7, 2023.

Official Cover of 'A Day Of Fallen Night' By Samantha Shannon Revealed

The surprising yet the equally wanted (or needed) prequel to The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon is almost upon us! Presenting A Day of Fallen Night, which will tackle half-a-century of more magical yet dangerous tales prior to the events of it predecessor. Samantha Shannon is definitely giving us another heavy-weight -- and I mean that literally -- but who is complaining, really? No me, for sure.

Samantha Shannon is lucky to have wonderful artists work on the covers of her books: from David Mann doing the covers designs of The Bone Season series, and who continued the tradition with The Priory of the Orange Tree, working together with cover artist Ivan Belikov! This duo is back to impress us once again!
